Whether you are looking for a fast paced and intense group workout, a workout focused on glutes and abs, or a classic pumping iron session, we have a class that's fits your needs. The perfect way to get fit and make friends at the same time. The classes are trainer led so expect to receive basic demonstrations and and plenty of motivation. All classes are 45 minutes long.
For the individuals who want a traditional work out but don’t need one on one training. This is a basic membership that provides you access to the gym during standard operating hours.
